Here are 5 key changes that you can make to get yourself on the right track to a healthier you:
· Watch your portion sizes· Add a variety of fruit and vegetables to each meals and snacks· Focus on healthy fats as opposed to saturated and trans fats· Limit your sodium intake· Limit refined sugars
Food for thought - 56.2% of Canadians (age 12+) consume fewer than five servings of vegetables and fruit per day.
