Heart Health Month
February is heart
health month. Long term heart health is directly linked to making healthier
nutritional choices, such as watching the amount and the type of fat you eat.
It is important to
choose heart healthy fats (monounsaturated and polyunsatured), which are found
in vegetables oils such as olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, etc. Other good
sources include nuts, seeds, fatty fish and avocados.
