Studies are showing that people who have a
higher BMI (>30kg/m2) and a good cardiovascular health have a lower risk of mortality than
people who have a lower BMI (<27kg/m2) and a poor cardiovascular
capacity!!!
Cardio is very important and should be
included in your training program. Interval training (series of low to
high intensity exercise) can be a quick workout and is an excellent way to
improve your cardiovascular capacity.
